Schedule: 1st Shift

Blue Worx is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment in Oklahoma City. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency.

This is a strong opportunity for maintenance professionals with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who want long‑term stability and growth.

Position Overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Execute preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Support installation and setup of new machinery and equipment
  • Collaborate with production teams to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical training or maintenance certification preferred
  • Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with:
    • Mechanical systems
    • Electrical systems
    • Pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
  • Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Flexibility to support various shifts including nights or weekends if needed
