Engine mechanical diagnostics and repairs (timing components, internal failures, misfires)
Advanced suspension, steering, and chassis diagnostics
HVAC diagnostics and A/C system repair
Perform and verify advanced vehicle inspections and road tests
Use scan tools, scopes, and service information to diagnose issues accurately
Provide technical support and guidance to B- and C-Level technicians
Clearly communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations to service advisors
Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
Maintain shop organization, tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong diagnostic mindset with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently
Advanced electrical and computer system knowledge
Proficient with diagnostic scan tools, lab scopes, and service data
Ability to diagnose no-start, intermittent, and drivability issues
Experience working on domestic and import vehicles
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
