University Hospitals Trust (UHT) is seeking an HVAC Technician Level 1 to maintain and troubleshoot building systems across UHAT facilities. You will work under the Facilities Supervisor ensuring AHUs, RTUs, and VAV systems meet infection control standards.
Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and detailed record-keeping. The role requires 3–5 years of hands‑on HVAC experience in healthcare or similar environments and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
