Forklift / Heavy Equipment Field Mechanics Technician

Oklahoma City, OK, USA

Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Provide on‑site service, communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience with forklifts, heavy machinery, automotive or related industrial equipment.
• Electrical experience on lift trucks or industrial equipment is a plus.
• A technical degree in a related field is not required.

• Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions or failures.
• Repair or replace engines, transmissions, carburetors, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components, electrical systems, and air systems.
• Perform assigned tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Communicate courteously and effectively with customers and co‑workers.
• Prepare required documentation accurately and timely, including work orders, parts lists, and time cards.
• Provide own tools; company supplies large or specialty tools as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety laws, policies, and rules.
• Overtime work may be required.
