Responsibilities Lead installation teams and oversee daily job site operations
Assign tasks and monitor productivity and quality
Install, service, and troubleshoot all supported systems
Ensure installations meet manufacturers and safety standards
Coordinate system testing, inspections, and certifications
Complete all required paperwork and digital documentation
Provide guidance to junior technicians
Requirements
Minimum of 2 relevant licenses
Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
Ability to read plans and technical documentation
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work mandatory overtime during peak season
