Field Service Tech – Print​/Imaging

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour (based on experience)

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain digital copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines
• Perform preventive maintenance on black & white and color print systems
• Troubleshoot network printing and scanning issues
• Install and configure new equipment at customer sites
• Resolve both hardware and software issues
• Respond to daily service calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory
• Deliver a high level of customer service and communicate solutions clearly

• Experience repairing copiers, printers, or similar office equipment (required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of electronics
• Familiarity with networking (printing/scanning setups)
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites daily

• Associate degree or technical training in electronics or related field
• Ability to pass a core copier technology certification exam
