Compensation & Perks

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain digital copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Perform preventive maintenance on black & white and color print systems
- Troubleshoot network printing and scanning issues
- Install and configure new equipment at customer sites
- Resolve both hardware and software issues
- Respond to daily service calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory
- Deliver a high level of customer service and communicate solutions clearly
- Experience repairing copiers, printers, or similar office equipment (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of electronics
- Familiarity with networking (printing/scanning setups)
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally to customer sites daily
- Associate degree or technical training in electronics or related field
- Ability to pass a core copier technology certification exam
