Republic Services - - Responsibilities:
Maintains advanced knowledge of and proficiency in repair and maintenance of diesel and non-diesel equipment, including chassis components, refuse bodies, air and hydraulic braking systems, engine, suspension, drivetrain, steering, HVAC, and welding/fabrication;
Identifies malfunction sources using electronic tools and manuals; performs complex repair and maintenance on-site and on the road;
Completes company training programs and adheres to safety and quality standards;
Cooperates with Lead Technician, Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager to service and repair vehicles in a timely manner;
Support drivers and fleet operations by maintaining a reliable and safe vehicle fleet
