What You’ll Do

• Support Branch Remodels & Repairs - Your craftsmanship directly impacts customer experience
• Grow Your Skillset - We train, mentor, and promote from within
• Think Like an Owner - Your work increases the value of your ESOP retirement account

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Woodworking (or a strong desire to learn)
• Clean driving record + ability to pass required screenings
• Willingness to work overtime (46-50 hrs./week total - including overtime) and travel overnight as needed (Hotel and meal stipend company provided)
