Inspect and perform repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment;
Trouble shoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic aspects of production equipment;
Perform preventative maintenance in the facility, infrastructure, and equipment;
Maintain records of work completed in the work order system and communicate within the department and other departments;
Diagnose equipment problems and make repairs and/or replacements of mechanisms such as tie rods, solenoid valves, sprue bushings, nozzle heaters, conveyor belts, drives, low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
