** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate excavators safely and efficiently to support daily production and material movement activities.
* Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
* Load, move, stockpile, and manage materials to maintain operational productivity.
* Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental requirements while working around mobile equipment.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain site housekeeping standards.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate excavators and related heavy equipment in a production environment.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
* Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify maintenance concerns.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills to support site operations.
* Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Successful candidate must maintain all required qualifications and authorizations necessary to perform the job safely and effectively.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

*** Starting pay $25.82 per hour DOE (Depending on experience)
