* Job Description:
**
As a Traveling Working Electrical Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing projects at various job sites. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled electricians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical installations and maintenance services. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and ensure project timelines are met.
- Percentage of travel: 100%
- Rotation/home-time schedule 1 week every 4 weeks
- Per diem and company-paid lodging
- Travel time is: paid
- Company vehicle or mileage arrangements offered
- Typical crew size and project type: 10-50 men/crew

* Key Responsibilities:
**
- - Supervise and manage on-site electrical work, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- - Lead, mentor, and support a team of electricians in the execution of electrical projects.
- - Coordinate with project managers and other foremen to efficiently utilize manpower and resources.
- - Ensure all electrical systems and components are installed, maintained, and repaired to meet the required specifications and codes.
- - Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- - Maintain a high level of communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
- - Oversee the scheduling and logistics required for traveling to different job sites.
- - Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for various projects.
- - Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during the course of the project.
- - Ensure all documentation, including reports, timesheets, and safety records, is accurately completed and submitted timely.

* Qualifications:
**
- - Journeyman or Master Electrician's License is required.
- - Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Supervisor with a track record of successful project delivery.
- - In-depth understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, schematics, and safety codes.
- - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various job sites.
- - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
