Ergon Construction is seeking a Craftsman I to work with finish carpentry and interior renovation teams on commercial, healthcare, and federal projects. You will perform real work from day one as you learn Ergon's standards and move toward Craftsman II.
Under the Working Foreman, you will gain exposure to drawings, schedules, material handling, and site safety. A safety-sensitive position with strong emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and growth within the craft ladder.
