WECTEC Staffing Services seeks a Grid-Scale BESS O&M Technician to stabilize utility-scale battery systems, including installation, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of batteries, inverters, EMS and balance-of-system equipment.
You will interpret diagrams and OEM manuals, perform preventive/corrective maintenance, and document results with detailed reports. Field work involves SCADA data review, alarms, and travel to multiple sites, with nights/weekends as needed.
