Electrician Journeyman
Qualifications:
- Must have a current journeyman's license.
- Must have a current driver's license.
- Working knowledge of commercial installations and have experience with trouble shooting.
- Be able to understand blue prints.
- Must be physically fit.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Reports To:
Lead Electrician
Performance Responsibilities:
- Must follow orders of the department head and do work orders assigned without question and be able to perform the task in a safe manner.
- Capable of running a crew to get jobs done in a timely, safe, and constructive manner.
- Performs such other tasks as may be assigned.
Terms Of Employment:
Twelve-month basis. Salary to be established by the Board of Education.
Evaluation:
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy.
