Location: Moore, OK Schedule: Full Time
Primary Responsibilities- Safely operate heavy construction equipment including graders, excavators, loaders, dozers, scrapers, mixers, and water trucks
- Complete equipment loading and unloading activities
- Inspect machinery before and after operation
- Monitor equipment performance and document findings
- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
- Ensure equipment remains in safe operating condition
- Follow all project and company safety requirements
- Demonstrated experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong coordination and mechanical awareness
- Effective communication with crew members and supervisors
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in the field
- Safety-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a construction team
- Successful completion of background screening, drug test, and physical
- Availability for overtime and occasional weekend or night work
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Capable of performing strenuous physical activities
