Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines;
Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures; observe and document wear and tear; gather capital expense information;
Diagnose problems and perform major and minor repairs across multiple crafts (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, material handling, food equipment);
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities; order parts and track orders; submit warranty claims;
Lead and participate in teams, provide guidance to others, and ensure timelines and quality of work.
