NTI is seeking an experienced Fiber Splicer to join our team in a union position under IBEW Local 20. The Fiber Splicer will install, test, and repair high-count fiber cables and perform live splicing during maintenance windows, ensuring optimal network performance.
You will operate Fujikura fusion splicing machines, use EXFO OTDR/OLTS testing, and create Fast Reporter reports. The role requires nationwide travel, lifting up to 50 pounds, and strict safety and union compliance.
