Select cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves according to load;
Attach pulley/blocks to overhead structures;
Attach load with grappling devices to crane hook;
Direct Crane Operator via signals for safe hoisting;
Set up rigging hoisting equipment with hand tools;
Splice rope and wire cables for slings/tackle
