Responsibilities Respond to residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, storm, mold, and other damage.
Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, cleaning, and debris removal as directed.
Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
Identify and document affected areas and property conditions.
Pack, move, and protect contents and personal belongings as needed.
Clean and sanitize affected areas and materials.
Assist with mold remediation and other specialty cleaning projects.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow company safety procedures and job-specific protocols.
Communicate professionally with customers, property owners, insurance representatives, and coworkers.
Complete accurate job documentation, including photos, measurements, equipment usage, and work performed.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
Work effectively as part of a restoration team and take direction from project managers and supervisors.
Perform other duties related to restoration and mitigation as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS Previous restoration, construction, janitorial, demolition, or related experience is preferred but not required.
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
Ability to work in a variety of environments, including damaged, wet, dirty, or occasionally uncomfortable conditions.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials up to 50lbs.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Professional attitude and customer-service mindset.
Basic smartphone and technology skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, or after-hours emergency calls as needed.
IICRC credentials a plus
