Hose Technician

We are currently seeking a dedicated Hose Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, rigorous testing, and final preparation of hydraulic hose components to meet precise customer requirements.

Core Duties

• Choose, measure, and construct hydraulic hose and fitting configurations
• Utilize specialized equipment including crimpers, saws, tagging systems, and various power tools
• Perform thorough cleaning and hydrostatic pressure testing on all assemblies
• Prepare finished products for delivery while ensuring accurate documentation of quality and order records
• Utilize forklifts and related machinery to manage material handling tasks
• Help maintain a clean and safe working environment for the entire team

Required Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma or GED
• Prior background working with hydraulic hoses and associated fittings
• Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and detailed work orders
• Strong mathematical skills and a high level of precision in your work
• Prior experience operating a forklift is considered an asset
• Physical capability to remain standing for full shifts and lift loads up to 50 lbs.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all safety protocols
