We are looking for a Service Technician / Sales Representative to join our team in Oklahoma City. This is a hands‑on field position, but it is not solely a maintenance or repair role.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with their hands and interacting with customers. You will diagnose and address service issues in the field while also identifying additional opportunities to help customers protect and improve their property.

As a Service Technician / Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted representative of the company from the initial customer interaction through the completion of the service. You will inspect work, troubleshoot issues, perform necessary maintenance or repairs, communicate recommendations to the customer, and generate sales opportunities when additional work is needed.

• Travel to residential and commercial properties throughout the Oklahoma City area and surrounding markets.
• Perform service calls, inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs related to groundworks projects.
• Evaluate existing work and identify potential issues or areas requiring attention.
• Communicate clearly with customers about the condition of their property and the work being performed.
• Educate customers on recommended maintenance, repairs, and additional solutions.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs.
• Prepare estimates and present solutions to customers when appropriate.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future service or sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate service records, photos, notes, and customer information.
• Represent the company professionally and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work closely with the production, sales, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The right candidate is customer-focused, mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable selling.

You don't have to be a career salesperson, but you must be comfortable talking with customers, explaining recommendations, recognizing opportunities, and asking for the business when a solution is appropriate.

• Experience in construction, landscaping, concrete, foundation repair, waterproofing, home improvement, maintenance, or a related field.
