Commercial Roofing Foreman
Oklahoma City, OK | $27+/Hour, Based on Experience
If you’ve spent the last few years leading commercial roofing crews and are ready to join an established contractor where good field leadership is valued, this could be a strong opportunity.
I’m working with a well-established commercial roofing contractor in Oklahoma City looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews and manage projects in the field.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for keeping your crew safe, productive and on schedule while making sure the work is done properly.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead commercial roofing crews on projects from start through completion
- Oversee removal, installation, repairs and maintenance of commercial roof systems
- Coordinate daily manpower, materials and production
- Make sure work meets project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
- Communicate with customers and internal project teams
- Complete daily reports, paperwork and inventory tracking
- Help train and develop crew members
Experience across several commercial roofing systems is preferred, including:
- TPO
- PVC
- EPDM
- Modified Bitumen
- Built‑Up Roofing (BUR)
- Low‑slope and steep‑slope systems
You don't necessarily need to have worked with every system, but you should have a solid commercial roofing background and understand how to run a crew.
What We’re Looking For- 3–5+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of commercial roofing installation, repair and maintenance
- Ability to organize and lead field crews
- Good communication with customers, crews and project leadership
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Dependable, accountable and comfortable taking ownership of the job
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights and in changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. as required
- Local travel to jobsites, generally within approximately two hours
- Starting at $27+/hour, based on experience
- Medical, dental and vision coverage
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off
This is a good fit for a Foreman who knows commercial roofing, takes pride in the work, and knows how to get the best out of a crew without cutting corners on safety or quality.
