Job Location:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading 1-3 trim carpenters

Safety tool box meetings

Reporting time for crew daily

Job budgets

Expense reporting

Carrying lifting and loading wood materials and hand tools daily

Using power tools constantly throughout the day Communicate with Builder/Customer/Project Manager as issues arise on the job site Perform light tear out if necessary

Apply caulk, silicon, and other epoxy and adhesives

Experience of residential and/or commercial trim/cabinetry work Valid Drivers License / Clean driving record

Good verbal communication

Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the course of the day Construction Experience/Background Mechanically inclined

Must be able to read a tape measure

Forklift experience is a plus Physical Demands:

• Indoor and Outdoor manufacturing environment with varying degrees of noise levels and seasonal temperature extremes
• Visit job sites; walking on uneven and rugged terrain on multi-phase construction sites
