• Responsible for leading 1-3 trim carpenters
• Safety tool box meetings
• Reporting time for crew daily
• Job budgets
• Expense reporting
• Carrying lifting and loading wood materials and hand tools daily
• Using power tools constantly throughout the day
• Communicate with Builder/Customer/Project Manager as issues arise on the job site
• Perform light tear out if necessary
• Apply caulk, silicon, and other epoxy and adhesives

• Experience of residential and/or commercial trim/cabinetry work
• Valid Drivers License / Clean driving record
• Good verbal communication
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the course of the day
• Construction Experience/Background
• Mechanically inclined
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Forklift experience is a plus

• Indoor and Outdoor manufacturing environment with varying degrees of noise levels and seasonal temperature extremes
• Visit job sites; walking on uneven and rugged terrain on multi-phase construction sites
