$30,000 - $40,000 per year (Base + Commission)

Welcome to Kid Strong, where we help kids win at life! We are looking for a vibrant and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team. As the Assistant General Manager, you will work directly with the General Manager to create an amazing environment where coaches, kids, and families thrive. Your mission is to drive sales, keep members happier than a kid in a candy store, and make every day at Kid Strong extraordinary.

• Assist in managing daily operations, from scheduling to keeping the center in tip‑top shape.
• Connect with families and grow the Kid Strong community.
• Foster a coaching culture and support the professional development of coaches.
• Deliver our unique curriculum focused on cognitive, physical, and character development for kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Work with the General Manager to call leads and grow the center.
• Engage daily with members, prospects, and leads, and attend local events to spread the Kid Strong magic.

• Experience working with or coaching kids – a passion for child development is a must.
• Stellar communication skills with both kids and parents.
• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Previous management experience is a plus, but not required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work in a physically active environment.
