Neighborhood Services Organization in Oklahoma City is hiring a Case Manager to provide services to formerly chronically homeless individuals with severe mental disabilities. Responsibilities include case management, wellness checks, and collaboration with community resources to ensure clients' stability and self-sufficiency.
The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree in Social Work or related field, along with experience in case management. A valid driver's license is required. Positions are available for full-time work, Monday through Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule.
