Caregiving and Eldercare Expert (1099 Contract - Part time)

Sam is the Support Platform for Women. We connect clients with vetted Experts for one hour or less sessions with clear outcomes. We launched in April 2025. Clients book 300+ outcome based Support Sessions, work with a dedicated Navigator, and follow a personalized Support Plan. We focus on practical, emotional, legal, and financial guidance. We do not provide medical care.

Join Sam's marketplace as an Expert. You bring earned wisdom, evidence based methods, and defined session outputs. You set your rate and schedule. You work remotely as an independent contractor. Guide families through non-medical care planning, resources, benefits, and coordination.

We're seeking:

• Aging Life Care Professionals and gerontology advisors
• Dementia care specialists and senior living advisors
• Medicare and Medicaid benefits specialists and licensed brokers
• Legal advisors for POA, estates, and guardianship

As an Expert, you will:

• Assess risks and needs, produce 30-day care plans and provider maps
• Explain dementia stages, safety, behavior strategies, and respite options
• Compare senior living options, budget impacts, and move timelines
• Clarify coverage, savings programs, and appeals pathways
• Facilitate family roles, cadences, and documentation
• Partner with Navigators to integrate plans into client Support Plans

You bring:

• 7+ years in eldercare, benefits, or family planning contexts
• Relevant licenses or certifications where applicable
• Trauma aware, family systems fluent, meticulous documentation
