Job Location:
Lilyfield South OKC
- Oklahoma City, OK 73108
- Implement the Child-Focused Recruitment model with eligible children in Oklahoma and/or Tulsa County.
- Carry an active case of 12-15 children with an additional of no more than 10 cases in inactive status.
- Meet with assigned children and caseworkers at least once a month.
- Assure that necessary authorizations are secured to utilize photos of Wendy's Wonderful Kids children, in line with the Child-Focused Recruitment Model as permitted by the custodial agency.
- Attend educational opportunities provided by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption including, but not limited to: classroom training, online modules, database training, webinars, and the Wendy's Wonderful Kids Summit hosted by the Foundation.
- Enter accurate data monthly into the Wendy's Wonderful Kids Database.
- Participate in evaluation activities as directed by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
- Adhere to the Marketing and Communications Style Guide provided by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
- Provide family with appropriate resources as needed for counseling, financial assistance, etc.
- Maintain and participate in communication with OKDHS related to assigned children, case referrals, and child-focused recruitment activities.
- Manage and maintain appropriate case files per agency policy.
- Practice Biblical hospitality, justice and service in workplace culture and service delivery as outlined in Lilyfield Policy OP413.
- Abide by all Lilyfield policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Full-Time, Semi-Permanent dependent upon grant funding

Financial Justification for the PositionThe position is funded through a grant from the Dave Thomas Foundation. There are sufficient funds for the position.
ReportingThis position reports to the Foster Care Director.
Work HoursMonday

- 5 p.m., some evenings and weekends as required based on the needs of the clients or agency.

- Master's level degree in social work, psychology or a human service‑related area of study with a minimum of one year experience; or Bachelor's level degree in sociology, social work; or Bachelor's level degree in sociology, social work, psychology, child development and at least two years of experience working in human services; or Bachelor's level degree in any area with at least three years of experience working in human services.

- Valid Oklahoma driver's license.
At least 1-3 years of social work practice experience, depending on educational background.
Physical RequirementsAbility to sit on the floor, bend and be at ground level with children; ability to drive and travel to meet with families.
