YWCA Oklahoma City is seeking a Full-time Shelter Advocate to support survivors at the shelter and through partner locations. The role requires compassionate crisis response, intake assessments, safety planning, and coordination with staff to maintain a secure, welcoming environment.
Shift options include overnights and weekends due to 24/7 shelter operations;
Monday–Friday 7am–3pm is the stated schedule, with additional on-call flexibility as needed.
