Alpha seeks a Youth Development Specialist to lead on-site, motivational coaching for K-8 students. You will run life-skills workshops, monitor Coachbot data, and drive students to complete weekly app targets with a strong emphasis on engagement and mastery.
The role is full-time, on-site at one of Alpha's campuses in the U.S., with relocation support and a contractor relationship through Crossover at $50/hour, approx. $100,000/year depending on weeks worked.
