Diversion Hub in Oklahoma City seeks a CO-OP Recovery Navigator to support program execution and client needs within our CO-OP network. You will collaborate with the Public Defender’s Office to identify and refer participants, meet clients in custody for needs assessment, and coordinate treatment referrals and transportation.
You will ensure timely access to medications, provide community outreach, and act as a liaison with treatment providers to meet ongoing needs.
