Programs Field Representative
This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and may be eligible to house statewide in Oklahoma. H11A DDS Annual Salary $55,874.34 + Full State Employee Benefits. Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
The PFR for the behavior supports unit provides technical assistance to frontline staff and individual teams to address supports for individuals with co-occurring intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs. The PFR regularly meets with individual teams to guide the team toward acceptable practices rather than prohibited procedures. They also guide the team through due process when restrictive protocols are necessary. The PFR applies policy (OAC 340:100-5-57 Protective Intervention Protocols, 340:100-5-58 Prohibited Procedures), monitors behavior support providers, conducts physical management consults to determine whether physical management is safe and appropriate, review DDS-42 submissions for temporary approval of restrictive procedures, etc.
