As a dedicated occupational therapist, you'll collaborate onsite with students, educators, and families to promote student success through tailored interventions and resourceful problem-solving.

• Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT practice
• Comfortable working across a diverse K-12 caseload
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and build rapport with students, families, and staff

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services onsite in a school environment
• Assess students needs and develop effective treatment plans to enhance functional independence and academic participation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student outcomes
• Document session notes, progress reports, and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations to help shape supportive educational plans
• Offer adaptive strategies and environmental modifications to encourage student growth and participation
