We are looking for a full-time Foster Care Worker to add to our team! All you need is a bachelor's degree in a human service field with two or more years of experience in the human service field. If you have a master’s degree, that’s a plus!

We will teach you the rest!
As a Foster Care Worker, you will work with children, Foster Parents and other Oklahoma Child Welfare Workers to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their foster home environment. Foster Care Workers seek to locate additional foster families in the community and will work with families to become certified foster parents through Oklahoma Foster Care! Foster Care Workers support foster families and guide them through the Child Welfare system as they are caring for children.
Foster Care Workers work as part of a team and access, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of children's lives.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, help families build on their strengths for healthy long-lasting relationships and help connect them with community resources to improve their lives. We want someone who has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families and a strong desire to advocate for the children and families!
