Full-Stack Engineer

Lead development of secure web applications that combine data, workflows, AI, and decision support.

• Ship product surfaces that teams use to understand and act.
• Set engineering patterns across frontend, backend, data, and cloud systems.
• Mentor engineers and improve technical quality across the stack.

• Design and build production web applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Lead technical decisions around architecture, quality, performance, and security.
• Partner with product and mission-facing teams to scope and ship features.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and improve delivery practices.

• 8+ years of full-stack or product engineering experience.
• Strong Type Script, React, API, database, and production system experience.
• Experience leading architecture across multiple services or applications.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
• Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams.

• AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, Gov Cloud, serverless, data, or AI services.
• AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus.
• Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
