Senior Frontend Engineer

Build fast, clear, high-trust interfaces for data-rich operational workflows.

• Make complex systems understandable and usable.
• Create interfaces for analytics, collaboration, review, and decision support.
• Improve product quality through thoughtful interaction design and engineering.

• Build React and Type Script interfaces for data-heavy applications.
• Partner with designers, backend engineers, and users to refine workflows.
• Improve frontend performance, state management, and testability.

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Strong React, Type Script, CSS, and product UI fundamentals.
• Experience building complex application workflows, not only marketing sites.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
• Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams.

• AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, Gov Cloud, serverless, data, or AI services.
• AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus.
• Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
