Pay Rate Range: $80,000 - $100,000 DOE

Our client is looking for a Database Developer (SQL / SSIS).

Our client is seeking a Database Developer to support enterprise data initiatives within a stable, highly collaborative technology environment. This role is heavily focused on SQL Server development, ETL processes, and database optimization while partnering with Business Analysts and application teams to design and implement scalable data solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys project-based work and wants to make a direct impact on enterprise applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database objects including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SSIS packages for ETL processes and data integration
• Write complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and scripts
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and application developers to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance and query execution
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across multiple systems
• Support database migrations, enhancements, and ongoing development initiatives
• Document database structures, ETL processes, and technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Work on multiple development projects while managing competing priorities

• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL Server development experience
• Strong proficiency with T‑SQL, stored procedures, views, functions, and database design
• Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining SSIS packages
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration
• Knowledge of data modeling and relational database design principles
• Experience with query optimization and SQL performance tuning
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience preferred
