Software Engineer (Go

We are partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing tech start-up, looking to eliminate friction in building digital products end-to-end. Our client's platform enables developers from some of the world’s largest companies to design and streamline their API environments.

At the core of their product ecosystem is a high-performance, cutting-edge open-source router written entirely in Go. They are looking for a Senior or Staff Go Engineer who loves diving deep into complex technical challenges, writing high-throughput code, and driving open-source software forward.

Taking ownership of core platform components and open-source codebases, focusing on performance, system execution, security, and long-term scalability.

• Core Go Development - the backend of the backend as we call it :)
• Feature Innovation & Architecture: what else should we be looking at & working on
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product and customer engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and refine product capabilities.

• Go Expertise: Proven Senior or Staff-level Golang experience in an ownership or lead capacity.
• Self-Driven Mindset: A true self-starter who digs into complex, multi-week engineering challenges and solves them robustly without needing hand-holding.
• Remote Setup: Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment, with excellent English communication skills and availability to work within the CET time zone

• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for team retreats and working sessions (at least twice a year).

• Experience with GraphQL, API Gateways, Proxies, gRPC, or networking protocols.
• Active open-source contributions.
