This is an all-remote team and we’re looking for someone located in the U.S. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.

• Build and maintain our authentication code in our shared Rust core library, Angular clients, and Identity Server back-end
• Scope and refine upcoming initiatives, working collaboratively across teams to design, document, and communicate forward-looking solutions
• Contribute constructively in team discussions - synchronous and asynchronous - building shared understanding and driving toward actionable results
• Provide timely, thorough, and well-reasoned code reviews
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve bugs reported by our community and our customers
• Update and validate core dependencies to ensure a secure and stable supply chain

• Familiarity with integrating Rust into other clients using WASM and UNIFFI bindings
• Understanding of modern web authentication concepts (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Web Authn)
• Experience working with Claude/LLMs or an openness to learn how to work the technology
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex problems
• Attention to detail; we take our responsibility for authenticating our users very seriously
• Knowledge of modern encryption techniques and principles of secure development are a plus

In the United States, the starting base compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $215,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, relevant experience, and skill set as assessed in the interview process, as well as market data by location. Please note that compensation outside the U.S. will differ based on the market.
