Yoga Instructor; Threshold Climbing & Fitness

Position: Yoga Instructor (Threshold Climbing & Fitness)
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:

• Conduct yoga classes to individuals and/or groups
• Develop and deliver well-structed yoga sessions
• Demonstrate and guide members in proper yoga postures
• Use excellent communication skills
• Any other duties as directed by management

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Certification as a yoga instructor.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following:
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.

Heavy Work:
Lifting up to 15 lbs regularly.

Work Environment:
Indoor climate-controlled environment.
