Overview
Silver Star Construction is seeking a Class A Dump Truck Driver for 10 Wheel Dump and End Dump operations. Home every night.
Location:
2401 S. Broadway Ave. Moore, OK 73160, USA. Full-Time.

Responsibilities- Climbs on and off truck body during loading, unloading, and tie-down procedures.
- Inspects truck equipment with pre-trip and post-trip walk around inspections.
- Maintains and follows truck maintenance schedule.
- Work in a variety of weather conditions.
- May assist with snow removal duties (plow and salt/sand roads).
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Good hand-eye coordination, hearing ability and physical health.
- Communication – Drivers work in a collaborative environment and require strong verbal communication skills.
- Time-management – Ability to perform tasks within tight deadlines to deliver material safely and on time.
- Following safety regulations.
- Understanding the vehicle.
- Braking and turning.
- Dumping the load.
- Proper loading.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must have CDL A (at least 2 years required with verifiable DOT experience).
- Must have a good driving record (2 points or less).
- Must meet all Federal DOT requirements.
- Pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
