Team Drivers

Hobby Lobby, based in Oklahoma City, is hiring experienced CDL-A team drivers nationwide. Because the company services the entire country from one location, drivers have the opportunity to join a stable operation with dedicated routes and consistent miles.

Team drivers can choose from three route options:

• Dedicated weekly route
• Extra board, delivering to various locations each week
• Extended time on the road in exchange for extended home time

Drivers enjoy two days a week at home, no-touch freight, and average runs of 5,000 to 5,250 miles per week. Routes are paid on hub miles plus stops.

• Team drivers can earn $96,000 to $106,000 annually
• Quarterly safety bonus based on a weekly average of 4,750 miles

To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
• 6 months OTR experience accepted only if partner has 1 year verifiable OTR experience
• Must be a team driver or willing to run team
• Valid Class A CDL
• Good CSA score
• No MVR convictions in the last 3 years
