Capital Beer & Beverage is seeking a skilled CDL Driver to safely and accurately deliver products to licensed retail accounts and company locations throughout the Oklahoma City area.

Position Summary

The CDL Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of products to licensed accounts and company locations. This role ensures excellent customer service through efficient deliveries, accurate inventory handling, and proper documentation. This is a safety‑sensitive position and requires the ability to perform all job‑related duties without posing a direct threat to the safety of the employee or others.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment at all times.
  • Deliver products as invoiced to licensed retail customers.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries.
  • Verify and check in all delivered orders with customers.
  • Collect and return payments as required.
  • Account for all delivered and returned merchandise.
  • Complete delivery paperwork and required documentation accurately.
  • Follow all truck check‑in procedures daily.
  • Report service, maintenance, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate DOT records and logbooks as required.
  • Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
  • Attend monthly safety meetings and required training programs.
  • Report any local, state, or federal moving violations to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum one year of driving experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
  • Valid DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to lift and move 40–50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
