Position: CDL Driver - Class A - OTR/Long Haul Virginia Rte, 2 days home

Compensation & Benefits

* Annual Earnings: $50,000 - $54,000 base starting salary

Route & Mileage Details

* Predictable Lanes:
Consistent Oklahoma/Texas to Virginia routing

* Steady Miles: 2,100 - 2,600 miles per week with stable, year-round freight

* Low Stops:
Average of 1 to 3 stops per route

Premium, Assigned Equipment

* Modern Fleet: 2021 and newer automatic tractors

* Driver Comfort:
Assigned trucks (no slip-seating), APUs, and refrigerators in 2026 or newer sleeper models

* Road Speed:
Trucks are governed at a driver-friendly 75 mph

* Support:
Maintained by a dedicated maintenance team

Freight & Touch Profile

* Dedicated Operations:
Hauling dedicated freight for Locke Supply Co., and others, with strategic third-party backhauls

* Driver Assist Unloading:
Driver-assist unloading at company locations utilizes pallet jacks and forklifts.

* Backhauls:
Primarily drop-and-hook with occasional live loads/unloads

Driver Responsibilities

* Safe transport of freight, tractors, and trailers in full compliance with DOT regulations

* Conduct thorough daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

* Complete daily electronic logs (ELD) and submit mileage reports

* Act as a professional brand ambassador during ALL interactions

* Report mechanical issues immediately

* Manage routes efficiently, proactively and conserve resources

Job Requirements

* Experience:

Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience

* License:
Valid Class A CDL (No endorsements required)

* Age:
Must be at least 21 years old

* Hiring Radius:
Must reside in the Oklahoma City, OK or Ennis, TX areas

* Screening:
Must pass a post-offer WorkSTEPS physical job duty test, DOT physical, MVR check, drug screen, and background check
