Job description:
Delivery Driver / Customer Service

The right candidate for this position will easily be able to deliver printing orders to businesses using Quik Print vehicles while navigating their way promptly through the OKC metro. They will provide excellent customer service, light production & bindery work, and gain experience through hands on training.

Requirements:
Good driving record (safety is a priority);
Valid Driver’s License;
Friendly, helpful and positive attitude;
High School Diploma;
Stable work history;
Requires lifting and handling of materials up to 50 lbs.;
Neat/clean appearance;
No visible tattoos or piercings;
Must pass a drug test

• Represent company in professional, informed, helpful and friendly manner
• Deliver orders to customers and vendors - pack and load products onto vehicles according to company’s specifications; unload print materials as per client specifications; review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs; obtain delivery confirmations from each client
• Learn specific needs, expectations and preferences of customers to create loyalty and long-term relationships
• Maintain open, ongoing communication with account managers and clients; share relevant updates with internal team and clients; ensure internal team is apprised of all relevant client requests and/or problems
• Assist in store/production as needed
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicle
• Other duties as assigned
