Team Drivers

Hobby Lobby, based in Oklahoma City, is hiring experienced CDL‑A team drivers nationwide. Because the company services the entire country from one location, drivers have the opportunity to join a stable operation with dedicated routes and consistent miles.

Team drivers can choose from three route options:

• Dedicated weekly route
• Extra board, delivering to various locations each week
• Extended time on the road in exchange for extended home time

Drivers enjoy two days a week at home, no‑touch freight, and average runs of 5,000 to 5,250 miles per week. Routes are paid on hub miles plus stops.

• Team drivers can earn $96,000 to $106,000 annually
• Quarterly safety bonus based on a weekly average of 4,750 miles

To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
• 6 months OTR experience accepted only if partner has 1 year verifiable OTR experience
• Must be a team driver or willing to run team
• Valid Class A CDL
• Good CSA score
• No MVR convictions in the last 3 years
