Routing Coordinator
Pay: $20.00
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR ROUTING COORDINATOR:
- Accurately route deliveries for multiple locations in the most efficient manner possible
- Staple and organize delivery tickets as well as highlight special instruction notations (Confirm that Storis reflects these on credit memos and orders with balances)
- Work logistical scheduling multiple times a day to confirm that holds have been removed, all picks have been sent, and filter out tickets with no merchandise and credit holds
- Communicate with drivers proactively on routes for the next delivery day
- Meet deadlines regarding delivery prep picks being sent
- Ensure time frames are being provided to all customers at the same time daily through all available channels
- Keep track/report reschedules as well as departure times weekly to Delivery Processing Manager; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Maintain the office appearance by keeping everything neat and clean

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR ROUTING COORDINATOR:
- Ability to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Positive attitude when working with customers
- Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
- To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following:
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion
- Heavy Work:
