Receiving Associate (Warehouse Associate)
Pay: $15.15/hr
Schedule:
3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | 5 days a week + rotating weekends/overtime during peak season
Location:
Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite)
As a Receiving Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by ensuring products are accurately received, tracked, and routed. This position focuses on detailed inventory handling and organization in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Restock and put away incoming products into totes
- Scan products using RF scanners to ensure accurate tracking
- Transport items through a conveyor system to the correct location
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure all products are processed correctly with strong attention to detail
- Follow daily workflows to keep operations running smoothly
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent work history (average 1+ year per job)
- Previous warehouse or industrial experience
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working overtime (10–12) hour shifts during peak season)
- Experience with RF scanning, cycle counts, or inventory is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
