Receiving/Put Away Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving/Put Away Associate to join our warehouse team on the 2nd shift. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring that incoming inventory is accurately received, inspected, and efficiently stored in designated locations. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders or packing slips.
• Inspect products for damages, quantity discrepancies, or other quality issues.
• Utilize a warehouse management system (WMS) to log received items and update inventory records.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment to transport items.
• Put away stock in appropriate storage locations using proper labeling and documentation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies or workflow issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of warehouse or receiving/put-away experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS or barcode scanning systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule, including occasional overtime as required.

$15.00 to start, this is a temp-to-permanent position Shift 3:30PM - 12AM
