Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and team leadership. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment that supports company goals and customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and products.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse employees to achieve performance and safety goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
  • Oversee maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as accuracy, timeliness, and productivity.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial products or hose industry is a plus.
